Hi, I’m Letícia :)

Caramelo’s was born from something deeply personal: love for animals, and the belief that every dog and cat deserves safety, care, and a place to call home.

For years, I have been involved with an animal rescue organisation in Brazil called Vira Lata Vira Casa — a project dedicated to rescuing abandoned and vulnerable dogs and cats, promoting responsible care, and giving animals a second chance at life.

Being close to rescue stories changes you. You celebrate every adoption, every recovery, every life saved — but you also witness the daily challenges: lack of food, medical care, temporary homes, and financial resources. You realise that love alone is not always enough. Real change needs support. 
 

As a pet mom, I know the joy animals bring into our lives. They are family. They comfort us, make us laugh, and somehow always know when we need them most.
 

And I kept asking myself: What can I do to help?

Caramelo’s became my answer.
We created a pet brand with a bigger purpose — beautiful, thoughtful products for dogs and cats, while helping rescue animals in Brazil. 50% of our profit is dedicated to supporting rescue efforts through the organisation that inspired this journey.

Because for us, pets are not just animals. They are family.
 

And every purchase can help another animal find love, safety, and a home.
